Ella Colvin, Director of Publishing, Academic Journals — Cambridge University Press & Assessment

Working with Linda from Gold Leaf is to work with a real publishing professional. Whatever the assignment, Linda prepares meticulously and delivers her brief brilliantly. She not only understands the scholarly research environment in detail but works hard to keep abreast of model and policy changes across its many strands.
We have worked particularly closely on sessions with Cambridge’s various library panels. Linda has brought something special to each one and has elicited terrific conversations and insights that have been taken into our business planning. In no small part this is because she thinks fast on her feet, makes interesting connections and works hard to keep energy levels high. However she is also a terrific people person – respectful and empathetic and prepared to go the extra mile to support session speakers or general participants alike. Her ability to build trust and respect in any forum, including virtually, is a real attribute.
