Annika from Gold Leaf managed a change project for the RCP journals. She came into a complex organisation with a willingness to take on all viewpoints; she has professionalism, expert subject knowledge, very astute judgement and approaches everything with practicality and pragmatism. At the end of the project, she handed over to the returning postholder in a way that made it as easy as possible – everything was very well documented and organised.
